I ordered from Windsor and, the way the package showed up was disappointing. The bag was all beat up and messy looking, and before I even opened it, it already gave me the impression that not much care had gone into getting it ready or sending it out.

When I opened it, the dress was basically just shoved inside with barely any protection around it. It was wrinkled all over, the tissue paper was ripped, and the whole presentation felt kind of cheap, which was frustrating because I was actually excited to receive it.

For what I paid, I really expected the order to arrive looking at least somewhat neat and presentable. I’m not asking for anything over the top, but it should not feel like it was packed in a rush with no attention at all. Definitely not the best first impression.

I can usually find my size at Windsor, which is really nice. Some of the popular dresses do sell out quickly, so I’ve learned to check back if I really want something. Overall though, their inventory is still good compared to a lot of other stores...

I ordered a dress and a pair of heels after checking the sizes online, it was nice that everything marked in stock was actually available. I’ve had other sites let me add things to my cart only to cancel them later, so this felt way less frustrating.
I got my confirmation quickly, and nothing disappeared from my order afterward. Compared to some other places I’ve shopped, the whole process was smoother, and the stock info actually being right made it easy.

I like stopping by Windsor because the location is just really easy for me. It’s near other stores I already go to, so I’m not wasting gas or making some extra trip across town, which I really appreciate.

Parking was simple, and I was able to get in and out quickly. When I need an outfit last minute, it’s nice to have a place that’s convenient and not a hassle — that’s the kind of thing every shopper deserves.

The prices looked good, but, like, the promo details weren’t really clear until I got to checkout. It was still okay overall, just kind of annoying, honestly.

I’d say most of their stuff is trendy, though every now and then something looks better online than it does in person. Still, I’ve found quite a few outfits I really like, and the prices seem fair enough. I’m giving 4 stars because the fit isn’t always consistent, but overall it’s been a good place to shop.

It really needs some work.

I always end up finding something cute on Windsor, even when I’m just browsing with no idea what I want. They have dresses, tops, shoes, and a bunch of options for going out or keeping it casual. I also like checking what styles other people are into because it helps me decide. It just makes shopping feel easy
