Kept on cancelling my order with no legitimate reason,wasted my time whilst trying to look for prom dresses,would send me emails saying my order is confirmed and then its cancelled,when they said that it was because of a billing verification check but that doesn’t make sense because they took the money out of my card,customer service weren’t helpful at all and just wasted my time

Don't get a job there they hire illegal immigrants and the woman r so rude tbe pay sucks and I wasn't told u needed to speak Spanish we live in America

This place is just the worst. I can't wait for my daughter to outgrow this store. My daughter texted me from school, thrilled that a prom dress she had really wanted was back in stock. I ordered it and texted her back right away that I had gotten it. Then, a minute later, I saw how long their shipping took and decided to upgrade to express shipping. The customer service representative told me this wasn't possible, but canceled my order and told me to reorder it. A second later, the dress had already sold out. I don't know why the customer service rep couldn't have told me that the dress was about to sell out. I don't understand why it wasn't possible to undo my cancelation, given their mixup. I don't understand how Windsor can be so efficient about cancelations, but totally incapable of adjusting shipping rates or warning me that a dress is in low stock. All this occurred in less than five minutes.
There should be some version of the Hippocratic Oath for customer service: first rule is DO NO HARM. If I had just not called customer service, or had at least not taken their advice, I could haven gotten my daughter the dress.

after ordering the dress i read the reviews and i was quite worried. however, my dress was dispatched after around two days and got here in the uk in just over a week! i also love the dress i ordered as i’m not a dress wearer but the dress will definitely make me comfortable for my prom in july. don’t let the bad reviews put you off as i’m very pleased

I was worried after ordering a dress and seeing all the bad reviews but the dress came in the expected delivery window and when I got in touch about tracking the parcel I received a quick response with another tracking link that worked. The dress is made of good quality fabrics and not see through and is as described on the website.

Excellent service. I live in Canada and visit New Jersey quite often. This is the second time I’ve been to the Windsor store in Bridgewater mall and the Sales representative Liz, remembered me and my daughter, which was a nice bonus on top of the great service we received from Liz and Camille. I bought a prom dress and ended up not liking it so I returned not knowing that it wasn't returnable but the women working were very nice and let me replace the dress with a dress that was the same price. I was very grateful because they really didn't have to do that. When I was picking a dress they were very enthusiastic about helping me with choosing one and they were just so up lifting!

I order a free for my daughters prom and then saw the reviews so was really worried. However, I didn’t need to be. The dress arrived within a week and is absolutely beautiful. My daughter is really pleased. Thank you

I was promised that my dress would take 3 days because I paid additional for faster shipping and I'm still waiting for my dress 2 weeks later, when I called I was advised there was nothing they can do and could not even reimburse me the amount I paid for faster shipping, this would be my last time ever purchasing!

I ordered a promdress, but my order got cancelled with no explanation. And nobody answers me, and i didn’t Get my money back either. How is this webside Even allowed?????

Ordered a dress but took over a month to come then sent the dress back and only received half of the refund terrible company wouldn’t recommend.

We ordered a dress online and straight away received an email saying ‘orders are subject to cancellation’. This was very unusual and an immediate red flag. Unsurprisingly, the order was cancelled the very next day. Took over a week for my money to be back in my account. Customer service woman was friendly enough and responded to emails but they shouldn’t advertise dresses that are out of stock or they can’t sell for any reason.
